4x4 - VW and Mazda

VW Amarok and Mazda BT-50 tuning.

3.0 TDV6, 2.0 BiTDI and 3.0 4JJ3 calibration written for daily, tow and touring use, validated on our dyno.

The Amarok V6 is one of the better tow platforms sold here, and it has real calibration headroom on the engine and the eight speed together. Treated properly it becomes a genuinely relaxed tow vehicle rather than a fast ute.

The 2.0 BiTDI is a smaller engine that wants a sensible file and good cooling, not boost for its own sake.

The BT-50 shares its hardware with the Ranger and the D-Max depending on generation, so our platform experience carries straight across.

FAQ

Common questions.

Which Amarok models do you tune?
The 2H 2.0 TDI and BiTDI, the 3.0 TDV6 including V6 580, and the current NF Amarok which shares its platform with the Next Gen Ranger.
Is the TDV6 auto tuned as well?
Yes. The eight speed behind the V6 responds very well to calibration, particularly torque holding and shift points under load.
Which BT-50 generations are covered?
The earlier 3.2 five cylinder shared with the PX Ranger, and the current 3.0 4JJ3 shared with the D-Max. Both platforms are well proven here.
Do you delete DPF?
No. We tune around the factory emissions hardware and keep the regen cycle clean.
Can you tune for towing specifically?
Yes. Tell us the tow weight, tyre size and gearing and the calibration is written for that, not for a dyno graph.
