Toyota's diesel platforms are conservative from the factory for a reason. Reliability in places where a tow truck is a week away matters more than a headline number. Our job is to lift performance without giving any of that reliability back.
The HiLux 1GD wants a careful calibration with a bias to low and mid range torque. The 70 Series V8 wants EGT discipline above all. The 300 Series V6 wants conservative fuelling and a smart TCU.
Every Toyota that leaves here is logged, calibrated and road tested before it goes home.

Common questions.
- Which Toyota platforms are covered?
- HiLux 1GD and 2GD, Fortuner and Prado 1GD, LandCruiser 70 Series 1VD V8, LandCruiser 200 Series 1VD V8, and 300 Series V6 twin turbo.
- Is the 300 Series V6 safe to tune?
- Yes, with a conservative calibration on stock hardware. The platform has plenty of headroom but we are deliberate about fuelling and EGTs given it is still a young engine.
- Will the 70 Series V8 tune work for serious touring?
- Yes. We tune 70 Series trucks for genuine outback use, not headline dyno graphs. EGT, oil temp and fuel system are the constraints we calibrate around.
- Is the auto on the 200 and 300 Series tuned too?
- Yes where the platform allows. Shift behaviour under load is the biggest single drivability improvement on a tuned 200 or 300.
- Do you delete DPF?
- No. We tune around the factory emissions hardware and keep the regen cycle clean.
