Audi RS and S tuning in Adelaide.
From a Stage 1 RS3 to a built RS6, calibration written on our dyno in Parafield Gardens. TCU work included where it matters.
Audi's TFSI and TDI platforms have all matured to the point where a good calibration is straightforward, and a great one is the difference between a car that drives well and a car that does not.
We pay particular attention to the gearbox. A DQ500 with a stock TCU and a Stage 2 engine will pull timing or slip clutches at the worst possible moment. Tuned together, the same car is rock solid.
Where flex fuel makes sense on the 2.5 TFSI we discuss it. Where it does not, we say so.

Common questions.
- Which Audi models?
- RS3, TT RS, RS4, RS5, RS6, RS7, RS Q3, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, S8 and the SQ family. Both 2.5 TFSI five-cylinder and the 2.9 and 4.0 TFSI V engines.
- Do you tune the DSG or tiptronic?
- Yes. On DQ250, DQ381, DQ500 and DL501 boxes a tuned TCU is the difference between a clean torque delivery and a transmission that flares or pulls timing.
- Will the tune affect Audi Connect or service mode?
- Calibrations are written to leave service tools functional. We always document what was changed in case a dealer needs to refresh the ECU.
- What about RS6 and RS7 C8 cars?
- We tune the 4.0 TFSI V8 platform with bench programming where required. Hardware options are available when you want to go past Stage 1.
- Are there options for the 2.5 TFSI on E85?
- Yes. The 2.5 TFSI responds well to ethanol blends and a flex fuel calibration. We will discuss whether the fuel system on your specific car is up to it before quoting.
